Frequently Asked Questions
How does all of this work?
Live Events are available with a subscription, or a one-time charge. LIVE Events are only accessible during the event, just like it would be with a regular ticket to a live show. Once the live event ends, it's over! BUT, Active subscribers can get access to the event starting 24-hours after the event has concluded. making it super convenient to watch on whenever you want!
*In some cases, an event or performance can only be viewed LIVE in REAL TIME and will not be available to watch on-demand after it has ended. Be sure to check the descriptions of future live streams to make sure you don't miss out on all of the enriching cultural arts programming we have for you!
What is included in a subscription plan?
Subscriptions will include access to past live streams, and all future live streams. Anyone can have access to On-Demand events without paying for a subscription. Subscriptions will include FTH Presents programming, and much more. Pay monthly, or yearly for a discount.
Can I use my mobile phone?
Of course! If you use a mobile phone, we recommend listening with headphones. 🎧
Can I cancel any time?
Absolutely! We understand that interests may change, and you may want to take a break and come back later. That's fine with us!
If I buy a virtual ticket for a live program, can I access it later?
Post-show on-demand access is only available to active subscribers and will show up in your catalog between 24-48 hours after an event has ended. Example: If the event ends at 11pm on a Friday, you can expect to see it in your catalog by 11pm on Sunday. It most likely will not take that long.

Can I watch on my Smart TV?
The short answer is YES! However, with the ever-growing number of devices and services, it will depend on your familiarity with the ones that you use on a regular basis.
What is included in a subscription plan?
You get access to all live streams and on-demand videos with the exception of special events like the NEA Jazz Masters, which is sold as an individual virtual ticket.
